Our bodies are quite adept at repairing themselves naturally. We incorporate modalities such as Reiki, Sound Healing, and Massage Therapy to give those natural repairs a boost.
Sound Healing
Sound healing can be better described as a high frequency tune up for your energetic body. Frequencies are played through various instruments to create a musically immersive meditation. Sound baths have been shown to aid in the cleansing of negative energy within your being and/or environment. Once negative energy is cleared it is replaced with positive, restorative, and uplifting energy. Our sound bath sessions are an hour long. You will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Reiki
Reiki, also known as "Universal life-force energy", is the combination of two Japanese words. Rei meaning universal or always present and Ki meaning the life-force activated for the purpose of healing. Reiki integrates with holistic and traditional medicines as it has been found to treat the whole person. Reiki increases balance of mind body and spirit. This practice helps to relieve pain, reduces anxiety, and enhances the immune system. Reiki treatments focus on the wellness of the physical, mental, and emotional health... like a massage for your energetic body!
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is a complementary and alternative medicine that incorporates the application of pressure to the body's soft tissue. It is a physical touch practice that aids in relieving pain, reducing stress, and improving circulation. There are many different modalities and styles of massage all of which are beneficial.
